Our History
Know-how for several years
A family kitchen
This is the story of two West Indian women who lived in different French regions. They had to and knew how to adapt the dishes of their island with the local ingredients and specialties of the regions and that is why we decided to orient BAL'S EVENTS to Franco-Caribbean cuisine. Our passion for cooking has allowed us to develop a unique know-how that we put at the service of our customers. We are proud to offer traditional dishes and also revisited with fresh and superior quality ingredients.
Authentic flavors
We are inspired by the flavors of our home island and we want to share them with you. We use spices and ingredients typical of Caribbean cuisine and also ingredients from the different French regions where we have lived to create dishes rich in flavors and colors. We are convinced that our Franco-Caribbean cuisine will seduce the most demanding palates.
Unique recipes
We are constantly looking for new recipes to surprise our customers. We like to revisit the classics of Caribbean cuisine to create unique and original dishes. We are proud to offer dishes that combine tradition and innovation.
